  1. This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how QUERIN LAW, LLC collects, uses, shares and protects information obtained from User on this Site. No deviation from the Policy will occur unless User has provided Provider with express written consent. The only data or information sought by Provider is that needed to provide the service or information User has sought, if any.  Provider does not currently collect personal identifying information except (i) to the extent that User’s web browser provides personal identifying information; (ii) for subscription registration to QUERIN LAW, LLC publications or seminars; (iii) to the extent that User provides this information in a personal and verified request for information; or (iv) in conjunction with online ordering of any products, reprints, special reports, or other products of value that may be offered by QUERIN LAW, LLC.  In such case, Provider will only use such personally identifying information for the purpose submitted.  No personally identifying information resulting from User’s use of the Site will be posted on the Site without User’s express written consent. Notwithstanding the preceding, Provider reserves the right to aggregate certain elements of User’s personal identifying information with the information of other Users of this Site in order to evaluate the usefulness and popularity of various pages, articles, authors, topics, polls, and similar features and products made available from time to time on this Site. If User is browsing this Site from outside the United States and is submitting personally identifiable information, User should be aware that it will be stored in the United States.  The data protection, storage and privacy laws of the United States may not be the same as those in User’s own country.  By User’s use of this Site User is agreeing to the Terms of Use posted on this Site, including but not limited to the dispute resolution provision appearing at Section 5 of the Terms of Use.  Subject only to the aggregation practices described in this Policy, Provider does not use or disclose information about User or information acquired on the Site.  We do not rent, sell, or trade any of our mailing lists.  If User receives some communication from Provider and wishes to opt out, User may always do so by contacting the Administrator’s site at the beginning of this page.

Security: Provider exercises its best efforts to follow commercially reasonable security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of Users’ personally identifiable information collected through this Site. However, no security system can be absolutely secure, and for that reason we cannot absolutely guarantee the complete security of User’s personally identifiable information.
